1. Complimentary Beta Access Period
During the Founding Doctor Closed Beta phase (commencing October 21, 2026), access to VaidyaHQ is completely complimentary for all invited practitioners and clinics.
- No subscription fees or recurring retainers are charged.
- No credit card, debit card, or bank details are requested or recorded.
- WhatsApp prescription dispatches and digital Rx generation during beta testing are provided free of cost.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Commercial Subscriptions)
When paid annual subscriptions activate following commercial availability, every new clinic subscription is protected by our 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee:
- If within 7 days of purchasing your annual subscription you determine VaidyaHQ does not meet your clinic's operational needs, simply notify us.
- We will issue a 100% full refund with no complicated inquiries or obstacles.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days directly back to your original payment method (UPI, NetBanking, or Debit/Credit Card).
3. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
VaidyaHQ operates on an upfront annual subscription model without hidden lock-ins. You may turn off automatic renewal at any point from your clinic settings page. When renewal is turned off:
- Your clinic continues to enjoy uninterrupted access until the expiration date of your current paid annual term.
- No automated renewals or unexpected charges will occur thereafter.
- Your patient records and prescription history remain exportable in standard CSV and PDF formats before account expiry.
4. Initiating a Refund Request
To request a refund within the 7-day window, or for any billing clarification, please contact our support desk:
